The Contamination You Can't See is the Contamination That Matters Most

White-light inspection reveals what is visible — debris, dust, structural damage. But the most serious contamination threats in HVAC systems are invisible under standard illumination.

Biofilm colonies — the precursor to mold amplification and Legionella growth — appear as clean metal surfaces under white light. UV fluorescence at 365 nm makes them glow with unmistakable fluorescent signatures.

Water intrusion — the root cause of most mold events — is invisible until structural damage appears. Thermal imaging detects moisture differentials before any visible sign of damage, enabling proactive intervention.
